• Assist with all classroom activities including circle time, arts, and literacy games.
• Interact with children to build positive relationships and language skills.
• Prepare materials and contribute ideas for the classroom.
• Serve as a positive role model for children.
• Assist with assessing students using HighScope observation records.
• Attend staff meetings and development sessions.
• Work one on one or in small groups for effective instruction.
• Step in for Lead teacher in emergencies.
• Support positive discipline and classroom management.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
• Follow district policies and licensing guidelines.
