Child Development Schools in Conway, AR is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help foster a warm, curious, and inclusive classroom. You will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to deliver engaging activities, support young learners, and create an environment where children feel safe and excited to learn.

Responsibilities include assisting with lessons, maintaining a clean, organized space, observing and noting child development, connecting with families, and helping with attendance and daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
