Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a proactive Sales/Property Manager to drive storage rentals and deliver outstanding customer service. You will tour facilities, maintain presentation quality, and execute targeted marketing while coordinating with the team to maximize occupancy.

The role requires leadership, weekend availability, and a willingness to perform light maintenance. A strong background in sales or leasing helps success in this fast-paced environment.

• A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• Completion of pre-employment background screening
• Previous experience in storage management a plus!
