Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store-related communications.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling; support loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
