Job summary

Family Dollar in Kiel, Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day functions, organize merchandise, help train store associates, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and ability to interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities
