Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Lima, Ohio location. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise flows, supervise associates, and ensure the store meets company standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
