Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Commerce, MI to oversee daily store operations, support customer service, and develop the store team. You will help with opening/closing duties, merchandising, and loss prevention while ensuring compliance with corporate directives.

• Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and record keeping.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas and secure assets.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and training associates.
