The Assistant Store Manager is a key driver of sales and customer satisfaction within our retail stores. This role involves overseeing operational aspects such as opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The ASM collaborates with the team to achieve store objectives and supports team development. Weekly hours will be adjusted to 32 or fewer based on business needs.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve personal and store sales goals, setting a positive example and fostering sales skills among team members.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
3. Collect and manage client information, including contact details.
4. Identify customer needs and address concerns promptly.
5. Maintain thorough knowledge of store merchandise, pricing, and layout.
6. Uphold high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.

Requirements
