Job summary

Dollar Tree in Warrenton, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist the Store Manager with opening and closing procedures and help supervise Store Associates.

You will help organize merchandise, ensure store standards, and maintain a safe, friendly environment while delivering excellent service. Part-time role with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
