Responsibilities include adhering to university and NAIA policies, coordinating practice sessions, maintaining confidentiality, assisting with field maintenance and travel to tournaments; evening and weekend hours and background check required.

Qualifications

• Recruiting student-athletes is a key part of this role.
• Coaching experience and ability to teach softball fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to University and NAIA policies and procedures.
• Assist Head Coach and staff to verify eligibility forms for all players.
• Coordinate and evaluate coaching sessions; observe players to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality with office and team-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining the softball field.
• Assist in driving vans to and from tournaments.
