Job summary

Louisiana State University is looking for an Assistant Coach for LSUE Softball. This part-time position involves providing coaching and training to student-athletes, helping them excel academically and physically.

The role includes assisting the Head Coach with practice organization and recruitment and requires a High School Diploma and relevant coaching experience. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are essential, along with a valid LA Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience required for overseeing student-athletes.
• Ability to work evening, night, and weekend hours with travel.
• LA Driver's License for driving university vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching for student-athletes leading to a competitive program.
• Assist Head Coach with organization of practices, recruitment, and team travel.
• Promote and publicize the team and LSUE Athletics within the community.
