Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a dedicated coaching assistant to support the Head Coach and Assistant Coach in planning and executing daily practices in Lake Charles, LA. You will provide on-field instruction, mentor student-athletes, and contribute to game planning with scouting reports and film analysis.

You will participate in coaches’ meetings, attend all team functions, and assist with travel arrangements, helping the team stay organized and focused on athletic and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach and Assistant Coach in planning and executing daily practices.
• Provide on-field instruction during team practices, skill development sessions, and warmups.
• Contribute to game planning, including opponent scouting reports and film analysis.
• Offer individual feedback and mentorship to student-athletes to support their athletic and personal development.
• Participate in coaches’ meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Attend all team functions, including games (home and away), practices, workouts, and team meetings.
• Assist in team travel arrangements and other travel duties.
