Job summary

Dallas College Cedar Valley Campus is seeking an Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer to support the Head Coach with scouting, recruitment, player development, workouts, practices, and game-day duties.

This on-site role requires an associate degree or higher and coaching experience; bilingual is a plus. After six months, some positions may offer hybrid work per policy. Commitment to student-athlete success and adherence to NJCAA policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher with coaching/teach experience.
• Two years of coaching/teaching experience or four years related.
• NJCAA policies understanding and compliance.
• Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with practices, games, scouting, and player development.
• Support conditioning, recruitment, and offseason programs.
• Represent the college with external individuals to grow athletics.
• Maintain athletic facilities and data for reporting.
