Qualifications

• 3–5 years of increased coaching responsibility at the high school level or higher.

• First Aid and CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Knowledge of MCCAA, region XII and NJCAA regulations for the sport coached.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in establishing a coaching philosophy and skill development for all seasons.
• Support recruitment of student-athletes and coordinate practice, schedules and trips.
• Monitor academic progress and enforce study hall attendance for scholars.
• Collaborate with Athletic Director to plan budgets, fundraising and game logistics.
