Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in fostering clinical quality, safety, and service excellence. The role acts as staff nurse or relief charge nurse on the assigned unit and leads nursing operations as delegated.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards, manage unit activities, and contribute to ongoing education and staff development within a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN required.
• 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• National certification in specialty area or will obtain within one year or minimal amount of time that requirements can be met.
