Methodist Health System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in leading a unit with a focus on clinical quality, safety, and patient service. The role blends leadership with hands-on nursing, acting as staff nurse when needed and driving standard of care.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory readiness and performance improvement, and help advance the system's mission in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• National certification in specialty area or will obtain within one year or minimal amount of time that requirements can be met.
