Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of soccer coaching experience; collegiate coaching experience preferred.
• Goalkeeper experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes who are a good fit.
• Assist in planning and conducting team training sessions and practices.
• Support the athletic, personal, and leadership development of student-athletes.
• Provide goalkeeper training and development.
• Analyze and scout opponents to assist with match preparation and strategy.
• Coordinate team travel, scheduling, and other logistical operations.
• Monitor academic progress and ensure NCAA/compliance with university policies.
