Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with strong customer service background.
• Basic math and organizational skills required.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Fast-paced environment tolerance and enthusiasm for sports.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales.
• Merchandising and compliance with company policies.
• Set promotional signage and manage stockroom retrievals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Train newly hired associates and supervise sales staff.
• Oversee cashiers and direct store team during shifts.
• Inventory control and loss-prevention enforcement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
