We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. You’ll assist the Store Manager in achieving store objectives related to sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as a blend of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker—capable of handling anything while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Support your Store Manager in achieving sales goals and targets.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion, social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Provide operational leadership, balancing tasks, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports to inform strategies for meeting sales targets.
• Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in partnership with your Store Manager.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Proven success in team leadership, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED; degrees are a bonus.
• Adaptability to fast-changing retail environments.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
