We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, helping fans find their favorite merchandise. You’ll also assist in training new team members, supporting daily operations, and achieving sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience, showcasing product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and assisting the management team.
• Open and close the store as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote sales through additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Understand sales goals and key performance indicators such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with store layout changes, including planograms and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
• Contribute to building a collaborative and passionate team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need
