We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can find the merchandise they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to assist in training new team members and support daily operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support store leadership by stepping in on the sales floor and assisting with daily operations.
• Open and close the store as needed, handling cash register duties and ensuring accurate sales processing.
• Understand sales goals and KPIs, and contribute to achieving them.
• Assist with store merchandising, planogram updates, and visual displays.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain store organization, stockroom cleanliness, and overall store tidiness.
• Support the development of a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
