As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, helping fans access the merchandise they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations and sales goals.

What You'll Do
  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Step in and provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed.
  • Open and close the store as required.
  • Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and manage register procedures, including communication of shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
  • Understand store sales plans, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Assist with planogram updates and merchandising strategies.
  • Communicate fashion trend insights to management and HQ partners.
  • Ensure store security and proper use of spells and wizardry to prevent theft.
  • Maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
  • Contribute to developing a passionate, collaborative team.
  • Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.
What You'll Need
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
