Job summary

Lenus is seeking a Part Time Assistant Coach to support our North America team. You will deliver hands-on coaching, work with coaches to manage client subsets, and ensure a high-quality branded coaching experience across time zones and brands.

Responsibilities include end-to-end coaching tasks, client inbox management, and maintaining an authentic coaching presence. Must be available weekends, nights, and holidays to support flexible coaching operations.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Must be a current resident of listed U.S. states or Canadian provinces.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to translate goals into actionable steps.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality coaching to clients on behalf of Lenus coaches.
• Manage client interactions and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate with coaches to align schedules and client needs.
• Support onboarding and ongoing coaching operations with strong service levels.
