Job summary

Lenus is seeking a Part Time Assistant Coach to support our North America team. You will deliver hands-on coaching in alignment with coaches' brands, manage client interactions, and help ensure a high-quality, branded experience across clients.

You should be available weekends/nights/holidays, reside in the listed regions, and demonstrate a passion for health and fitness with strong empathy and organizational skills. This role offers flexible hours within a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Weekend, nights and holidays availability.
• Resident of: AZ, AR, GA, ID, IN, KS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV, WI, WY, ON, MB, BC (Vancouver).
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to translate goals into actions.
• Empathy and clear communication across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple client profiles and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, tailored coaching to clients on behalf of our coaches.
• Execute end-to-end coaching tasks, including deployment of coach templates and protocols.
• Manage client inboxes daily to motivate and answer questions within service levels.
• Maintain an authentic coaching presence in all client interactions.
