Responsibilities

• Advocate for true golf experience and represent the club to members and guests
• Provide leadership and communicate the club’s vision to staff and members
• Support management and professional events with poise and professionalism
• Develop systems to monitor staff performance, inventory control, and service levels
• Assist with merchandising plans, teaching programs, and tournament operations
• Provide golf instruction and clinics for all levels of golfers
• Teach one-on-one lessons, group clinics, and golf camps
• Participate in local, regional, and national golf tournaments representing the club
