Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Assistant Community Manager in Hawaii. The role supports leasing, resident relations, and rent processing under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Working hours are 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-site duties and a focus on accurate financial recording. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication skills, and knowledge of property management software.

Qualifications

• Experience in LIHTC and HUD multi-family properties is a plus.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing leasing, maintenance, and staff activities.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Process rental and leasing records and prepare weekly reports.
• Support Community Manager in resident renewal and retention programs.
