Kraft Soccer in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Coordinator/Assistant Athletic Trainer to support the Head Athletic Trainer in day-to-day sports medicine operations for a professional soccer team.

The role provides injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for players, under supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer, CMO, and technical staff. Requires NATABOC/CATA, NPTE, and MA licensure, with HIPAA compliance and strong teamwork.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required (minimum four years).
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• 2-4 years experience in sports medicine.
• Medical soccer experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs as Certified Athletic Trainer in managing healthcare of players, including first aid, on-site evaluation, rehabilitation programs and referrals.
• Provide PT services for players in coordination with Head Athletic Trainer and CMO.
• Maintain up-to-date evaluation, plan of care, progress and discharge notes in the EMR system.
• Maintain roster of player health and participation records in EMR system.
• Order, maintain and inventory supplies and clinical equipment.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to work with players, coaches, and staff.
• Comply with US Soccer medical policies, OSHA standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Engage in special projects as directed.
