We’re looking for a
Part-Time Assistant Marketing Manager who is
highly organized, proactive, and called to serve. This role is designed for someone eager to grow into a strategic client account role. You’ll work directly under the Account Director, supporting project coordination, client communication, and internal team collaboration.This is more than just an admin role—it's a chance to be mentored into account management, all while helping pregnancy centers reach women in need through powerful digital outreach.
Responsibilities
Client Support- Assist Account Director in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Draft and distribute emails, reports, updates, and meeting recaps.
- Respond to client questions with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
Project Coordination- Help plan and execute advertising, web, and social media campaigns.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and communicate progress to the team.
- Coordinate with web, design, and content teams to keep projects on track.
Administrative Tasks- Schedule meetings and prepare supporting materials.
- Maintain organized and accurate client documentation and notes.
Account Management Training- Shadow Account Director in meetings and planning sessions.
- Learn to prepare marketing strategies and proposals.
- Gain experience managing clients and digital campaigns.
Research & Analysis- Stay on top of trends in advertising, design, and digital platforms.
- Compile market data and insights to support campaign improvements.
Quality Assurance- Review deliverables before they go to clients for clarity and quality.
- Help implement feedback and optimize team output.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills—you love lists, timelines, and clean folders.
- Excellent writing and editing skills (you can proof an ad and make it shine).
- Working knowledge of CRMs (like ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools).
- Confident communicator with the ability to listen well and lead with kindness.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Able to work independently, but coachable and team-oriented.
- Passionately pro-life and aligned with our statement of faith and core values.
Bonus Skills (not required, but awesome to have):
- Creative copywriting
- Graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- WordPress experience
- Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
