EfficientAide is seeking a dynamic Account Manager / Virtual Administrative Assistant who can serve the unique administrative needs of its diverse clients. The Account Manager role is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week, with the expectation that it could grow to a full-time role (if the need arises and you are interested).
Reports to: Pod Leader
Position Summary: The Virtual Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating, organizing and otherwise supporting EfficientAide clients in administrative, clerical or other office activities. The Virtual Administrative Assistant provides personalized service to clients based on needs, ensures consistency with EfficientAide services and practices, and dedicates time to professional development along with other Pod Group team members.
Please note that in order to be considered for this position you MUST currently reside in the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Michigan or Pennsylvania.
*Starting salary of $22-$25/hr will increase $5/hr upon successful completion of 90 trial period and first client pairing*
