Job summary

EZG Manufacturing is seeking a part-time assembler in Malta, OH to join our manufacturing team. You will follow work instructions to assemble parts and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities include quality checks, identifying defects, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and following SOPs and PPE guidelines. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required; reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and inspect finished assemblies for defects, ensuring products meet specifications and tolerances.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols throughout the assembly process.
• Identify and report defective materials, parts, or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S or similar standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Package and label finished products for shipment or the next stage of production.
• Rotate through different stations or tasks as production needs require.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and all workplace safety guidelines.
