Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Food Production Assembly Worker to assemble, package, label, and prepare products in a fast-paced environment. You will follow quality, food safety, and production standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include setting up lines, performing line changeovers, maintaining clean work areas, rotating FIFO when applicable, and reporting safety concerns. The ideal candidate works well with teammates and adheres to GMP and HACCP protocols.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP/HACCP quality systems.
• Able to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to labeling accuracy and product integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food products according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Package finished products into containers, boxes, or cases for shipment.
• Label products accurately according to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP procedures, and all food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Rotate products using FIFO practices when applicable.
• Report damaged products, equipment malfunctions, or food safety concerns immediately to management.
• Assist with setting up production lines before production begins.
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation as assigned.
• Maintain established production rates while ensuring product quality.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear PPE.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and moving materials as needed.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.

This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with all food safety regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP procedures, and all food safety requirements.

• Rotate products using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices when applicable.
• Report damaged products, equipment malfunctions, or food safety concerns immediately to management.
• Assist with setting up production lines before production begins.
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation as assigned.
• Maintain established production rates while ensuring product quality.
