Job summary

MUSH in West Valley City, Utah is seeking an Assembly Worker to join a team responsible for packing, quality checks, and keeping the assembly area clean and organized.

You will stack and box finished goods, assist with maintenance, and look for ways to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industry
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of work
• Ability to maintain discipline in repetitive tasks and communicate effectively with any concerns
• Self starter, with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professional
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Specific Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pack, sort, and organize finished product into boxes, crates, and pallets
• Perform simple quality checks of the product while assembling

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the assembly area, helping to ensure all supplies, tools and equipment are used, cleaned, and stored
• Self sufficient in looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of work
• Other duties as assigned
