Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks qualified interpreters to provide high quality American Sign Language interpreting via video and onsite at various locations in Houston, TX. Candidates must be fluent in ASL and English, with strong interpreting skills and a commitment to NAD-RID Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Accurate interpreting skills.
• Thorough knowledge of and adherence to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective onsite interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company’s mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Exhibit professional behavior including punctuality and preparedness for shifts, and timely record keeping.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by the company.
• Participate in company-sponsored training for Professional Development.
• Travel as needed with access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
