Dayton Performing Arts Alliance is seeking a part‑time School Registrar for the Dayton Prep School for the 2026–2027 season. You will manage student records, rosters, and class offerings, with Sunday on‑site hours and occasional evenings for events.

You’ll oversee attendance, check‑in/out, and communications with families, while coordinating with UD facilities and DPAA staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with orchestral instruments and youth ensembles.
• Experience in front‑of‑house event coordination and registration.
• Administrative experience with student records and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Jackrabbit Class and OPAS databases; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as School Registrar for the 2026–2027 season.
• Maintain student records, rosters, and class offerings.
• Manage attendance, check‑in/out, and safety checks on Sundays.
• Coordinate newsletters, schedules, and program updates with staff.
• Support facility operations and on‑site event logistics.
