Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel.
• Conduct armed patrols of transit properties.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify relevant authorities.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized access.
• Carry authorized equipment and perform armed post duties.
