Job summary

Signal of New England Security is seeking an Armed Security Officer for Natick, MA. The schedule is 12–16 hours per week (part-time per diem) with weekend availability required. Pay ranges from $24.00–$25.00 hourly, up to $26.00 after 180 days; training pays $20.00 hourly.

Location includes Metro West, MA, with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to emergencies, writing reports, and delivering excellent service to residents, guests, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active MA LTC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible and active security presence to ensure safety.
• Conduct randomized foot patrols of the property and key areas.
• Respond to dispatches, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Write detailed incident reports, tour reports, and summary logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicate and collaborate with local emergency services when required.
