Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Industry-specific security training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe for theft or security issues; report observations.
• Complete incident reports and communicate with site leadership and management.
