Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol in Brooklyn, NY. This role provides flexible, fixed early/late shifts with eligible overtime through the Earn‑A‑Shift program, serving transit facilities and personnel with professional armed security coverage.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident response, access control, and detailed reporting. Requirements include security licenses, age 21+, high school diploma, and background/drug screening as per laws.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to transit riders, employees and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per post orders.
• Conduct armed patrols and monitor access points as required.
• Prepare incident reports and patrol logs per site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit riders, employees, and visitors by carrying out armed security‑related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations calmly and report per requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit stations, platforms, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials, report suspicious activity.
