Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit passengers, employees, and visitors while enforcing site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, stations, entrances, perimeters, and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following post orders.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate with site leadership and responders.
