Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Concealed carry weapons permit required.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training.
• Licensing requirements may apply state/locally.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting suspicious conditions.
• Respond to alarms and incidents with calm, problem-solving, and reporting.
• Maintain patrol reports and documentation while carrying required equipment.
