Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer — Armed Enhanced Part Time Patrol Operations in Everett, WA. This role offers fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, with a pay rate of $32.50 per hour.

The position supports banking clients through patrols, access control, incident response, and detailed reporting, with requirements including an armed guard card and a concealed carry permit. You must meet age, education, and background criteria.

Qualifications

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking facilities, parking areas, ATM locations, business offices, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
