Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and applicable laws.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of school buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious or unusual activity to designated personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation; communicate observations and concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
