Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect a critical facility in Alpena, MI. You will work in a team, control access points, monitor premises, and respond to emergencies while maintaining high service standards for clients and visitors.

The role requires a valid CPL, a clean background, and the ability to pass drug screening. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour with part-time benefits and opportunities for training and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a current, valid CPL license.
• Must pass drug screening at time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• No felony convictions and successful background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Patrol on foot and by vehicle to protect site, assets, and personnel.
• Manage access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct periodic checks and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, residents, and visitors.
• Coordinate with site leadership and operations managers as needed.
