Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Conduct armed patrols of facility and exterior grounds to deter incidents.
• Verify credentials and monitor access points per site policy.
• Support cash-handling and high-value asset protection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and help to control entry and exit activity involving employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries.
• Support cash-handling and high-value asset protection protocols by maintaining a visible presence, observing daily operations, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations.
