Job summary

ACMS is seeking a Part-time Area Supervisor of School Crossing Guards for Baldwin Park and Mountain View, CA. The role leads a team of crossing guards, oversees field operations, and ensures safety and timely responses to school-site needs.

The position follows the school calendar, starts training before the new year, and offers $22.00 per hour for 5 hours a day on school days, with mileage reimbursements and a yearly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Able to lift/ transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the local School Crossing Guard programs in Baldwin Park and Mountain View.
• Coordinate field assignments and ensure timely responses to site needs.
• Maintain safety standards and effective communication with guards and schools.
