Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 1–2 years of experience with archival collections, libraries, museums, or cultural heritage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with archival projects documenting institutional history and special collections.
• Arrange, describe, and process archival materials according to standards.
• Create and update finding aids to improve discovery and access.
• Catalog materials using the library's ILS (Alma).
• Manage and describe digital collections using AlmaD.
• Create and update digital exhibits using Omeka.
• Apply metadata standards for archival and digital materials.
• Digitize photographs, documents, and audiovisual materials.
• Assist in preservation and storage of physical and digital items.
• Support reference and research requests related to archival collections.
