CAMS, Community Association Management Services, is seeking a part-time Architectural Review and Community Compliance Inspector to service a Columbia, SC community. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ARC/ARB and homeowners.
• Coordinate and manage architectural review from submission to approval.
• Review applications for completeness and maintain records.
• Prepare packets, agendas, meeting materials, and letters.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and communicate decisions.
• Maintain records and update association software.
• Conduct regular community inspections for compliance.
• Drive to inspect homesites and construction projects.
• Document findings using tablets and software.
• Provide final inspection findings and necessary actions.
