Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Archery in Billings, MT. The role focuses on greeting customers, providing product knowledge, and assisting with buying decisions while maintaining stock and signages.

You will become a product expert through training and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, replenishing shelves, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures (discounts) and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale (POS) register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and restock shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales and pricing/signing.
• Support seasonal floor merchandise moves and ensure a clean, well‑stocked work area.
