• Collaborate with other departments to reconcile disputed accounts.
• Monitor, review, and release customers on credit hold in accordance with SAP risk categories.
• Ensure accuracy of customer accounts and payment performance.
• Analyze customer accounts to assess risks and maintain/improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
