Aufgaben

• Communicates with dealers regarding invoice questions in a professional, timely manner.
• Gathers documents for Dealer requests (e.g., duplicate MSO/Battery Coupon) per process.
• Handles daily mail distribution and prepares daily audit and invoices for AR Clerk by plant location.
• Ensures MSO are received from outside vendors and creates FedEx shipments for overnight invoices.
• Performs other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
